Cancellation Policies

  • Fees for services are non-refundable
  • If needed, your appointment time and date can be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to your appointment time
  • A $25 Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations after the appointment time has been scheduled
  • No refund will be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed appointments are subject to full payment of session

​Client Confidentiality

As a client, all information you share about yourself will be kept confidential. Only with your written permission will information be released to anyone, except as required by law. 

​Credit Card Privacy Policy

Credit card transactions are processed via secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure transaction security. No credit card information is stored.

The guidance and insight provided through Carol's services are intended to help clients to make better life choices toward their own happiness and fulfillment. It is the client's responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, advice or other content shared by Carol.

​The client is always free to make his or her own choices at will, regardless of the interpretation of the information. Carol shall not be liable regarding any action or non-action taken by the client in reference to the information presented during the session.

Client Responsibility

​On rare occasions, a connection doesn’t happen because it's not meant to be. You're responsible for speaking up within the first 10 to 15 minutes to give Carol the opportunity to either redirect the energy flow, or to stop the reading in time to refund you in full. Refunds are unavailable past the first 15 minutes of a session.

​If you've had several readings with other reputable mediums but found yourself disappointed, it is suggested to get curious about what expectations or preconceived ideas you may be bringing to the experience which may be getting in the way. In service to yourself, be willing to release them so that you may bring an open heart and mind to the session.
